About DGM Global

DGM Global was founded by Ellen Jeanette Jackson, former nurse turned marketing AI expert. Her marketing career started in 2003 in advertising and publishing with BellSouth, which puts more than two decades behind the work, and the fifteen years she spent inside medical aesthetics after that is why clinical content here gets written correctly the first time. She was ahead on AI, way ahead, using ChatGPT and other platforms while they were still in beta and building a hybrid method before most of the industry knew there was anything to study. Known as the Munich girl in Atlanta, she works with practices and firms nationwide, still writes every word herself, and gives every client owner her direct line.

The Path

Nursing came first, in the late nineties. That is where she learned to read a protocol, understand a contraindication, and take clinical language seriously, habits that still guide how she writes it today.

Marketing started in 2003 at BellSouth in advertising and publishing, then AT&T, first consulting and later managing. Two decades in advertising taught her how money gets spent and how results get measured.

Medical aesthetics came next, fifteen years in and around treatment rooms and the business of running a practice. Years inside Georgia family and divorce law came alongside it, landing law firms on the list.

Every chapter shows up in the work. The nursing shows up in accuracy. The advertising years show up in measurement. The aesthetics years show up in knowing what a patient actually asks before she books.

Ahead on AI

Ellen was using ChatGPT and other platforms in beta, before the industry had a name for what was coming.

While most marketing companies were still selling keyword reports, she rebuilt DGM Global around AI search optimization, structured data, and entity clarity. She builds AI automations that run straight into WordPress and is developing a proprietary AI agent for the auditing and content work her client portfolio requires.

The hybrid method is the whole point. AI does the volume. A person does the judgment. Ellen writes and reviews every piece that goes out under a client’s name, because AI is confident and occasionally wrong, and in medical and legal content, confidently wrong is how people get hurt. Her nursing background is exactly what lets her catch it.

Why That Matters Now

Google and every AI system apply their toughest standards to health, wellness, and legal content. They should. This is content that touches someone’s body, their money, or their family.

Which means who wrote it affects whether a practice gets recommended at all. A page written by a copywriter who Googled the treatment is not the same as one written by a former nurse who has stood in the room. The systems reading your website have gotten very good at telling the difference.

Ellen catches:

Wrong contraindications

Terminology that creates compliance exposure

Caims a practice legally cannot make

That is not a bonus feature. It is the reason clients hire her.

Clients Can Actually Reach Her

Ellen is an over communicator and her clients would tell you so with a laugh.

No 1-800 number. No ticket queue. No account manager who has to check with someone first. Every client owner, meaning the doctor or the attorney whose name is on the door, gets a direct line to Ellen personally. Something goes wrong at nine at night before a launch, she answers.

That is not a service level invented for a website. It is why the client list stays where it is instead of scaling into something that would make it impossible.

She Shows Up

Atlanta is home base, not a boundary. Ellen travels to clients nationwide for on-site visits covering strategy, team training, and content direction.

Some things do not happen over video. Walking a space and seeing what a new patient sees. Sitting with a front desk during the conversation that keeps losing consultations. Directing a content day so a practice ends up with footage it can actually use.

Two decades in and around this industry builds a network, and clients get it. Weighing a device or a new service line? Ellen will say honestly what she has watched work and what she has watched collect dust, and connect them with people worth talking to. She does not sell equipment and takes no commissions, which is what makes the opinion worth having.

How DGM Global Works

DGM Global is a concierge company. Ellen does not use the word agency and never will.

Most work is packaged rather than sold in pieces, and that is deliberate. Marketing sold separately fights itself. The website says one thing, the Google profile says another, the messaging tools do not talk to the CRM, and nobody can tell you where the last twenty leads came from. Wired together with real integrations and real tracking, those same pieces compound, which is the point of an AI growth partnership.

The two exceptions are website creation and Google Business Profile management, which both stand up fine alone. Everything else depends on being connected, and Ellen would rather say that upfront than sell a piece that cannot deliver.

Beyond the Résumé

Born in Munich, built a career on a different continent, multilingual, which has come in handy more often than expected. Most people know her as the Munich girl in Atlanta.

Music is like air to her. She dances. She is a hopeless enthusiast about roughly everything, which clients find contagious rather than exhausting. Somebody once called her a happiness engineer and it stuck, because that is the part she cares about: clients being happy, their teams feeling good about the work, the whole thing being a pleasure instead of a chore.

Marketing is a relationship business. Two decades in, she still likes the people.

What Clients Get

  • Someone who has been in the treatment room.
  • Someone who spent years on the corporate side of advertising and knows how results actually get measured.
  • Someone who was using AI in beta while the industry was still arguing about whether it mattered.
  • Someone who reads every word of the output anyway.
  • Someone who answers.
  • And someone who will say when an idea is not a good one.

No hype. No rankings promised by a date. Nothing published under a client’s name that she has not read herself.

Directly with Ellen. Every client owner, meaning the doctor or attorney whose name is on the door, gets a direct line to her. There is no 1-800 number and no ticket queue.

Because search engines and AI systems hold health, wellness, and legal content to the highest standard, and inaccurate clinical writing is real liability for a practice. A former nurse catches errors a generalist writer never sees.

Since the early beta releases of ChatGPT and similar platforms, well before AI tools became standard in marketing. That head start is why DGM Global was built around AI search rather than retrofitted for it.

No. It is a concierge company. Clients are not assigned to a queue and work is not routed to whoever happens to be available.

Website creation and Google Business Profile management. Everything else is packaged, because the pieces depend on being connected through real integrations and tracking to work at all.

Yes. Atlanta is home base and she travels nationwide. Travel is billed at cost.

AI handles speed and structure. Every piece is written, corrected, and approved by a person with credentials in the relevant field before it publishes. In medical and legal content, that review is never skipped.
