Consulting and On-Site Visits

Some things do not translate over a video call. Why your consultations keep stalling at the same moment. What a first-time patient sees walking through your door. Which of your services deserves more attention than it is getting. What to actually film on a content day. DGM Global comes to you for that work. On full engagements your DGM team is on site regularly, and the visit is a working session, not a status meeting. You get fresh eyes on the business, hands-on teaching for your team, and someone thinking about your practice the way an owner does. We are based in Atlanta and travel to clients nationwide.

Working session with a practice owner reviewing growth strategy

What an On-Site Visit Is Actually For

Marketing reports tell you what happened. They rarely tell you why.

An on-site visit is where the why gets answered. We walk the space, sit in on how your team talks to patients, look at your booking flow, and pay attention to the small friction points that never show up in a dashboard. Then we work through them with you.

Most of what we find is not a marketing problem. It is a conversation that loses people at the same point, a service that is priced wrong for the market, a booking step that adds one field too many, or a treatment your team believes in that your website barely mentions. These are solvable, and they are usually worth more than another round of ad spend.

A Consultative Approach, Not a Report

We do not arrive with a deck. We arrive with questions and a working list.

The visit is spent thinking through what is in front of you: where growth should come from next, which service line to build around, how to position something new, what to stop doing. Sometimes that is a strategy conversation with the owner. Sometimes it is sitting at the front desk watching what actually happens when the phone rings.

You get a written summary afterward with what we found and what we recommend, so the value does not disappear the moment we drive away.

Teaching Your Team

Your marketing works or fails at the front desk, and most practices have never trained for it.

We work with your team on the parts that quietly cost money. How to handle a price question without immediately discounting. How to move a consultation toward a booking without pressure. How to talk about a treatment in a way that is accurate and still sounds like a person. And asking for reviews the right way, including what your staff must never offer, because an incentive from a well-meaning team member can cost you your entire review history.

We also coach providers on being comfortable on camera, which is the single biggest obstacle to consistent content in most practices. It is a skill, it is learnable, and it takes about an hour.

To be clear about scope: this is business, communication, and marketing training. Clinical protocols, technique, and scope of practice stay with your medical director and your licensed providers, where they belong.

Content Direction

Most practices know they need photo and video. Almost nobody knows what to shoot.

That is the gap we fill. Your DGM team arrives with a shot list built from what your website and your search visibility actually need, then directs the day so you finish with usable assets instead of hours of footage nobody knows what to do with.

Real photography of your actual space and your actual providers is also a credibility signal that feeds AI search optimization directly. Stock imagery does the opposite, and it is easy to spot.

For the filming itself, you have options. Our own content creator handles social photo and video and can travel with us, billed separately from your package. When a project needs more than social, we bring in vetted partners: a photographer covering the Southeast for headshots and lifestyle imagery, and a cinematographer with a network television background for high end production. You are also welcome to use your own team. Shoots are always quoted separately. On our side, travel is the only added cost.

Event Support

Open houses, launch events, and patient appreciation days work when they are planned as marketing rather than as parties.

We help with the planning, the promotion, the materials, and the follow-up that most practices skip, which is where the actual return lives. We are there on the day. Event support is available on full engagements.

Industry Connections

Fifteen years in aesthetics builds a network, and clients get access to it.

If you are evaluating a device, considering a new service line, or looking for a supplier, we can point you toward people worth talking to and tell you honestly what we have seen work and what we have watched sit unused in a treatment room. We do not sell equipment, we take no commissions, and we have no vendor relationships that would color the advice. It is an introduction and a candid opinion, which is often exactly what is missing when a sales rep is the only voice in the room.

The financial and clinical decision is always yours, made with your medical director and your accountant.

How Visits Work

Full engagement clients generally see us every two months, with additional visits when a launch, an event, or a content day calls for it.

A typical visit covers a walk through the space, a working session on whatever decision is in front of you, team training, and content direction if a shoot is scheduled. Half day and full day formats both work depending on how much is on the list.

How This Works

Consulting and on-site visits are part of an AI growth partnership rather than an à la carte purchase.

That is deliberate. Advice about your service mix without knowing your search visibility, or team training without knowing what your marketing promises, produces recommendations that sound reasonable and connect to nothing. When it is one engagement, the person sitting with your front desk is the same person who knows what people search for in your market and what your competitors already offer. That context is the entire value.

Website creation and Google Business Profile management are the only two services DGM Global offers on their own.

Why This Works

Marketing companies do not usually sit in on a front desk conversation, because most of them have never worked inside a practice.

Behind this is a nursing background and fifteen years inside medical aesthetics, alongside fifteen years running marketing for practices in aesthetics, wellness, cosmetic dentistry, and law. That is why the conversation is operational rather than theoretical, and why nothing clinical needs a translator.

DGM Global is a concierge company. The person who comes to your practice is the person who knows your business.

Atlanta Based, Traveling Nationwide

Atlanta is home base, not a service area. If a practice in Scottsdale or Savannah or Birmingham needs someone in the room, we come. Travel is billed at cost with no markup.
